How can you pay?
At planteplaneter.dk you can pay with Visadankort, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
At planteplaneter.dk it is possible to purchase a gift card, which can be used in our online shop. When your order is completed you will receive an email with the gift card for you to print. The gift card is valid for two years after the date of purchase. When you want to use your gift card, please send an email with the gift card ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We offer free shipping in Denmark on all purchases above 250 DKK
Delivery below 250 DKK: 50 DKK
All shipment in Denmark is via GLS.
Shipment – in Europe:
All purchases in Europe are €20
Please note because of rules and regulations we are not allowed to ship Planteplaneter outside the EU.

Our return policy
Articles bought on kajaskytte.dk are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days upon receipt. If you want to return an item please let us know within 14 days upon receipt by sending an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be returned unused, in same condition and in original packaging as when you purchased the item. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.
When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account or gift card used for the purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs.
Do you want to return a gift?
If you have received a gift bought from planteplaneter.dk you can exchange it in Designkollektivet or our studio at Oehlenschlægersgade. You can exchange it to another product of the same value and if you want a refund please note that the item cost will be returned to the buyers account.
Is your parcels damaged?
If something is broken, please let us know within 24 hours after purchased so we can get the item refunded or replaced. We will kindly replace the product or return the cost of the product if it no longer is in stock.
